Hey, I’m Chaise Yoder, and I’m a 19-year-old fitness coach from a small town in Ohio.
My passion for fitness started when I was just 14. Back then, I was what you'd call "skinny fat"—I wasn’t happy with how I looked or felt, and I knew something had to change.
From the first day I touched a weight, I was hooked. Lifting gave me structure, confidence, and most importantly, results. But it wasn’t easy. I had to push through one of the hardest challenges for people like me: gaining mass with a fast metabolism. For anyone who’s struggled to put on weight, you know exactly how real that battle is.
After finally gaining the muscle I worked so hard for, I flipped the switch. I dropped from 235 lbs to 195 lbs in just 50 days—not through starving myself or doing endless cardio, but through a smart, sustainable strategy and dialed-in nutrition. I wanted to prove that with the right guidance, you can gain size or shred fat—whichever goal you’re chasing.
